Hi all, I have a Honda Odyssey and both sliding doors are hard to close. It seems they need to be lubed. The dealership wants $115 to lube them so I'm looking for some advice on how/where to lube these doors and with what. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

 

Just get some white lithum grease or honda shin etsu grease($$)

First: clean all areas where track slides to remove old grease, dirt, rocks etc..

Second: spread the grease wherever the door slides, top, bottom and middle.

Third: count the $110 you still have in your pocket...$115-$5(grease)

Fouth: Thank me!!

 

Need more info. Are they powered doors? Did it just become hard to close? Did you just bought the car?

 

its probably the rear center roller, the wheels like to break making the door hard to close.
