Hi guys
I have a 2000 civic with a D16y7.

When i start it the idle will be at 1500 rpm and then after 5 seconds it will fluctuate between 1200 and 1500rpm.

When I plug the port for IACV the fluctuation stops and it just has a high idle.

I've cleaned the throttle body and seafoamed through the brake booster.

I replaced the tps sensor and both oxygen sensors.

Sometimes the car will throw a check engine light for the idle air control system if I leave it running long enough.

If I put my hand over the air intake the car DOES NOT die. Do I have a vaccuum leak? I've sprayed all over with throttle body cleaner but the rpms never fluctuate.

Any one have any opinions on my issue?

Clean the IACV and bleed the cooling system.
