Default 2001 oem radio into a 2000?

Hey guys, my wife has a 2000 lx sedan and her radio went wonky and died. Can a 2001 oem radio slide in and replace her old one without a new harness or anything? i.e. plug and play? If not what oem radios can besides other 2000 civics? Thanks for any assistance!

Im going on a limb here and saying no because the face is different if i recall. 99 and 00 are forsure the same and I think 96-00 are. If it was me id put an aftermarket radio in it. reall easy and can be done for less than 150 bucks way less

Don't want to give people another excuse to break into the car and a used oem deck is quite a bit cheaper than a cheap aftermarket one without the harness/bracket issues. Although it sounds like 99/00 are the only ones that are plug and play with the harness

Thanks for the replys guys.
