Default No Tail Lights, Plate Lights & Top Running Lights

2007 Ridgeline RL: I have replaced fuses number 4 and 7 in the fuse box under the hood on the passenger side. I have also changed the tail light bulbs. No luck. The brake lights work and turning signal lights work. The front headlights work and the front running lights work. I even pushed the parking brake switch button in multiple times. Nothing seems to work. Could there be a short in the ground? What is causing this problem? My night has been ruined because I can't drive my truck.
