Are these bulbs sufficient for non-braking lights?

Are these bulbs sufficient for non-braking lights?
Both my brake light are responding on. But my left night light is off.
I was wondering if these bulbs are sufficient. Ebay refuses to show purchases made over 3 years ago, so I'm a bit clueless.

I also wonder, would it be wise to try an replace the bulb myself?

go to a store and get 1157 clear bulbs not ricer LEDS or tinted bulb. yes I think you can do this....at least I hope you can change a bulb lol
