i have a del sol for about 2 months now, i bought a new head unit and when trying to install it, the head unit will never turn on or make any noise, i checked the fuses, and everything looks normal, has tis happened to anyone?

 

Do you have your read to a constant power, black to a ground, and the remote wire to something that has power when the key is turned on? Cause it sounds like a radio wiring problem

 

I was putting a new head unit in my boat last spring and figured i didn't need the clock to stay set or stations to stay in memory so I didn't hook up the yellow 12v constant wire. Unit would not turn on till I connected it.
