Default 1998 v6 Side Motor Mount Question

Ok I know what the motor mount is and I know what the motor mount bracket is, but what is the piece called that the motor mount bracket bolts to?

enclosed is a picture of what I'm talking about.

It is a piece that seems to be bolted to the block, hopefully, and not cast as part of the block(God I hope not)

I have a bolt broken in half in that piece, so I have one bolt holding the engine up on that side.

any help with the name and/or part number...and maybe ways to remove the piece(safely) so I can drill out the broken bolt.

Cool, so it is a bracket that is bolted onto the block. Question , can this be removed with the engine still in the car. Will the engine flop to the right and slam to the right front frame if the remaining bolt is taken out?

if memory serves you can pull it off without removing the timing covers. with all other mounts still tight, the motor shouldn't move more than a half inch or so, not enough to make contact with anything.
