to get to the point..

whenever I press the gas my headlights/dash lights dim and whenever I let go the gas they get brighter its been happening ever since..

I checked all grounds in the engine bay, took out the fuse for my sub woofer, checked all the fused (they're in good condition) recently changed my alternator, check the batter, and checked fused 15 well I will double check this one and put tape around the bracket to make sure its not rubbing

I don't know what else to check.. please enlighten me on what else to check for this issue greatly appreciate it thanks!

Check the TPS? .....

 

check your ground under dashboard, core support, and by the windshield washer reservoir.

When you turn the key from OFF to ON(II) (engine off), does the charging system warning light (battery symbol) turn on and stay on?
