whats with the oil around the flange? Did the turbo blow its seals?

 

No car started smoking a ton, kept driving for a while until it got towed. Turbo is good, I had it checked out. Can have it looked at for the buyer again for assurance

 

any thoughts on selling just the turbo? the manifold wont exactly fit my k20 lol
