Default 2001 Odyssey EX - Sagging?

Looking at my 2001 Odyssey EX from the rear, the rear wheels ride at a different angle than the front. The front wheels look nearly vertical, while the rear wheels are both angled in at the top. The effect is more noticeable on the right rear than the left. This was observed with the van mostly empty of cargo and people other than the driver.

I have Monroe shocks with the coilovers on it. Is it possible/likely that the rear springs have gotten tired and need to be replaced.

How much weight do you carry? Your ride height is probably too low, and the suspension will camber in (negative) as the ride height drops.

Replace the coils in the rear should fix your problems. Also, mind the load capacity label in the door. Overloading the vehicle will cause damage.
