would a integra 94-01 exhaust fit on a civic hatchback 96-00?

No. its too long

 

Although it is too long, I recently took an exhaust from an Integra to a shop and they cut and fit it to a Del Sol for cheap. It came out good.
Almost had an issue when they were going to cut the flange off the down-pipe and weld the cat to it. Luckily I caught them in time and they found a donut the right size and reused my old spring bolts.

 

not in its stock form, and don't bump threads after a few hours.
