Is this a real neuspeed bar that someone is selling me or is in a E-bay fakey??

Please help me out...





I'm not really convinced if its the real thing. Seller said that Neuspeed was take off after it was vadilized?? But I can't imagine someone getting on their back to get at the lower tie bar to do something to it.

This one I know is the real thing...





What U think??? the pivot joints on the bar in question just don't look right to me... am I just being overly cautious??
