Integra gsr clutch engagement help!!
My clutch randomly stoped engaging so i figured it was the master cylinder so i bought a new master and steel clutch cable and on install i was able to get the clutch to engage but not correctly what i did was back out the clutch master cylinder pedal heigh adjustment piece as far out as it would go before falling off and the clutch still engages right at the floor but the car is still drive able, what could the issue be? Am I adjusting the pedal wrong or could the car need a new clutch.. The clutch does not slip it just engages very low is there a certain precedure on how to adjust the master behind the pedal I'm just wondering if my clutch gave out or I just did something wrong the car has less then 50k so any help would be great thanks.

I have had ppl say the clutch should grab at the top of the throw and the bottom. i personally like it at the floor some don't. all the people that say it should be at the top tell me if it's at the floor it's a bad clutch but i put a NEW clutch in my dell sol and it was at the floor. only car i have ever driven where the clutch grabbed at the top would slip the clutch if you floored it in any gear.
dial locknut c to the end of the thread
then you can continue turning it to bring up the pedal height
to engage the clutch switch if that isnt happening.

If I can get into gear but the pedal seems like it has a little play could that still mean I may need a new clutch? How Can I rule out if I Need a clutch or not?
