i just helped a friend of mine do a dx to si convershion in a 89 hb. wired up the extra injectors ect except for a sensor with a solid blue wire and black next too the alternator but on the manifold . but anyways car starts up fine idles fine but seems too bogg out around 3000 rpm as if the car dies but is still running and getting code 16 and a egr code.. i thought the egr was only on automatic cars but if someone could please help asap
