Default Heater (vents) stay running when off.

I have done some research and found a few similar posts but no answer. i went to start my car one day to find it dead so i jumped it. later when i parked my car and turned it off, my fans stayed on as well as the little green lights that show my selection on on climate control. I disconnected the relay for the fans but the lights still stay on. Could this be an ignition problem? 1995 honda accord EX

Is the car overheating at all ? Do the fans come on when they key is in the on position or while you're driving ?

Your fan timer unit could be bad.

I'm not sure about the climate control lights. I suppose it could be a relay stuck in the on position. Hopefully someone else knows.

Well its my fans on my dash that turn on wheb my cars off. If I leave my fan on or if I turn them on when my cars off, they woll come on. My car hasnt been over heating though.

The fan(1 of them) that is in the dash is called a blower. If you call it a blower people will have a better idea of what you're talking about than if you call it a fan, which refers to those that are inside the engine bay.

I gotta be honest I'm not sure what would cause your issue. Hopefully someone else will have an idea.

I have this issue as well, but I believe it has something to do with the harness. The issue originally would occur at random points in time. It has since stopped after I modified the center console to include wiring for packs of switches. This leading me to believe I've "rustled" the issue out so to speak.

It never bothered me enough to find it out, plus as long as you remember to turn it off, the car won't die. Despite the lights for the system remaining on.

A stuck blower motor relay would allow power to go to the blower when the car is off.....

Granted, not saying that it couldn't be the OP's problem. Considering the relay is under the hood that wouldn't make sense in my case.
