Default h22 road racing build questions

Hi guys!

I beginning building a new n/a motor for road racing.
Now i already run with 250 bph n/a h22.

In Russia nobody uses h22 on track, except stock motors, and i can't take help from h22 builders here, only from drag racers but his specs not suitable for me.

My main questions is about cams, and bottom.

I want to use Skunk Pro2 cams, but many peoples says that this cams is drag race cams and not suitable for me.

For bottom now i use 90mm crank but some tuners say me to use 100mm strocker without boring more then stock 87mm bore, and i'll not get troubles with resource of engine (i need one season for motor as a minimum) . But i think this isn't best select for track, where is truth? )
I can use 95mm h23 crank but difference will be significant with 90mm, for engage in such setup?
CR will about 12-12.5:1.

And sorry for my language, if it's quite poor

Aleks
