2001 Accord check engine, Misfire

2001 Accord check engine, Misfire
I'm sure a lot of people have seen this one but I have done pretty much everything to get my car to stop misfiring. So far I have:
Replaced my egr
replaced the fuel injectors
replaced spark plugs
checked all ignition coils
cleaned intake manifold
tested fuel flow.
The check engine light flashes and will not stop.
Please, any suggestions will help.
My car is a 2001 honda accord 3.0 v6 ex
Also, has anyone heard of issues with fuel regulator issues and having to update the CPU with these cars?
Could the cat have anything to do with this even though I am not pulling a 420 code?
