1997 B18B1 "LS" swap. healthy, runs right, no check engine/whatever. OBD1 converted.
5-speed S80 LS trans. No pop outs. Can be a bit tight because of brand new linkage and bushings.

D2 springs, about a 2" drop. Nothing crazy.

Newer Falken tires. About 9,000 miles on them
2.25" custom exhaust with Magnaflow high-flow cat and resonator
Tsudo SP2 muffler. Is not loud, no raspiness whatsoever, nice refined note.
Pioneer stereo. Has HD radio but I haven't hooked up an antenna because I'm lazy and just listen to MP3s.
Sony Xplod 6.5"s
New tie rods
New upper and lower ball joints. Ball joints are camber/caster adjustable

Body and interior are both around 7.5/10 (9/10 using Craigslist logic). No rust through anywhere (a couple grain of rice sized bubbles on the rear wheel lip). Rear wheel arches aren't rusty but clearcoat is a bit wonky and could use a few hours of good work. A few dents/dings here and there. One on gas fill up area, another by door handle.

Overall, in *much* better shape than the vast majority of older Hondas.

The *BAD*

The car has NO LOCKS. That's right, the locks don't lock.
No air conditioning. Never had a problem as it is a convertible.
As I mentioned before, it needs an antenna. I mean, it *has* an antenna but apparently it doesn't go anywhere.

My flexibility on price is directly related to the amount of interest I see. The reason why I'm selling is because I'm leaving the country in a month and cannot bring it with me. Believe me, I wish I didn't have to sell it...
