B16 S1 USDM transmission
Did some research and couldn't find any info if b16 s1 usdm transmission will bolt onto my b18c1. Currently I'm running YS1 92-93 GSR. Thanks for the help
No such thing as a USDM B16 S1 transmission. The only USDM S1 transmission is from an Integra LS. It is the same as the LS A1 transmission, but with a 4.4FD instead of the regular 4.266. It is still miles longer than a JDM B16 S1. The only cable transmissions from a B16 are from overseas.
But to answer your main question, Yes, any B series transmission will bolt to any B series block. You will need a different clutch though. 88-91 B series cable transmissions used a different size mainshaft spline. It is a few teeth smaller than the 92+ transmissions.

As stated there is no such thing as a USDM S1 B16 tranny. That said yes it will bolt up (you'll need a '90 - '91 Integra clutch as stated) That said unless you've catastrophically annihilated it, the YS1 you have is a far superior trans.
well no wonder i could find any info on USDM b16 S1, i was scratching my head after text with some guy off craigslist that was trying to sell me a USDM b16 S1. shady people or miseducated people.
