Can anyone confirm these are ITR rear lower arms
I found these at work just laying around.
They look brand new with 0 miles on them
I know they are the type R style but i also know CRV's and i believe CRX's came with similar control arms.

Im 99% confident they are the "crx" ones you speak of. Every set of itr arms i've seen were not coated as such. Rather they are smooth like so. 
I have a set of the EF chassis arms and they are coated like yours. Fairly the same dimension wise but i believe the rear shock mount is slimmer.
(I had trouble mounting my apexi itr spec dampers onto them)

http://www.jhpusa.com/store/pc/viewP...&idcategory=26 These look coated though. Its possible the ones that came on cars were not coated and and the ones the sold through parts were ..its also possible some years came coated and some didnt.

I sized these ones up to the ones i have on my car and they are exactly the same. I plan on putting them up for sale. Inbox me if you are interested.

They are only $60/piece brand new from the dealer online\locally if your dealer will compare prices (mine will), and you know you are getting the real ITR part and not possibly a 88 Civic/CRX part.

all the itr ones ive ever seen or got from icb have had this coatinging on it. i still have the original ones on my itr and the are coated. are there hole with little bolts on the arms to mount the abs lines to?

You hit the main point here. If these have the bolts welded on, they are ITR as CRX ones don't have them. About the coating, I believe Honda stopped coating them on later ITRs. Those selling them with coating on are holding the old stock parts.
