I was browsing around stickydiljoe.com and came across Atuki's EG6 from tactical art and noticed he uses a bumper fasteners I've never seen before and was wondering if anyone here knew who makes them and where to buy them??

 

I believe they're made in-house, custom tabs.

Look like something that would be very easy to make. If you can work a drill, a dremel and a tape measure, you ought to be able to come up with something similar.

Pretty sure they made it in house. Those guys do so much custom work. They're builds are on point.
