Default the reason behind the oil burning on k series , specially k24's

Doing one of this in my dealer i decide to post some pics so ppl get inform

This is a 08 with 67k

Front and back of cylinder walls are scored , scratched

Specially #4 cyl

Rings are too thin......oil changes are too long, it is a combination of both. That is information directly from Honda Engineering....

The info i got is from techline had to call the befor doing a shortblock

Typically you see that kind of scoring when it's been ran very low on oil and/or something (spark plug porcelain) dropped in the engine..
