Integra GSR
Hello everyone.. i just wanted to know if buying a GSR is a good idea. I have around close to 18 000$ (canadian) to spend on a car. Obviously second hand. Any suggestions??!!! i have GSR and SRV in mind so far... and if other car why and when i buy it what should i do first... CAUSE IM GOING FOR TURBO DEFINETLY>

i'm no expert on this subject, but i think you're better off just getting an LS if you're gonna go the turbo route. i'm pretty sure the stock compression is too high on a gsr so you'd have to mess with that first.
Is it??? cause im pretty sure that turbo wont be a problem since my friend is gonna turbo charge his Integra Type R.. cool thanks for the input.. so i guess i should go with the GSr then
Hmmm Mr2?? well hmmmm
(confused) really didnt think about Mr2 twin turbo... thanks
Well i mean why buy a LS>??!! the shocks struts, nothing is done to that care.. everything has to be done to it. I mean ..at least GSR has decent strusts and rims and shocks doesnt it when u buy it?!!

Gsr is nice for boost. Type-R is supposed to be less boost friendly but could be due to the fact that many of the R owners are hardc0 about being all-motor.
6psi on a B18b vs 6psi on a B18C1, which one will make more power?

Not in the long run.. I assume that you'll start changing/ replacing a lot of parts so it won't make that much of a difference in the long run.. Hopefully in the short term though, you can save some money on the initial purchase of the car.

hmm...is an integra really what you want... why not a hatch(ek/eg) and make it into a krazie hybrid! just my opinon. I have two integras and man payments OWN me
The reason I said LS; I was reffering to my self, but stock for stock the gsr would make more power. In the long run I beleive the LS is a better deal.
1)cheaper initial investement
2)Lower compression
4)Ls gears are better for boost
3)About the shock, struts, tower braces etc etc, Most people are gonna upgrade anyway, one thing the gsr has is the vtec. But if you are serious in the b18b, you can built it into some serious beast.

majinbuu - u know who is waiting for you to get money to buy boost together, so hurry up
haaahahhaha, dude that before and after pic had me going there.
I was like "this dood converted his type-r to a mazda mx3????wtf???"
Then I noticed the mx3 in the background.
i see violence posted so often as the solution to car problems. so many young men, so much testosterone. and its not like I'm some 50-year-old making this observation: I myself am a 16 year old male.

I'd be pissed, but I wouldn't talk about killing people or beating people up. Its just a car, that's what insurance is for, and what is getting loud and angry going to do? I think it is stupid when two people get in an *accident* and one of them starts bitching the other out. Come on, they must feel bad already.
