How much time would it take to replace the radiator support for this vehicle?

You mean the actual Sheet metal one? It can be done in a day by a pro, via a spot welder. Would really depend on one skill lvl with welding, and dissassembly/paint etc.

Also can depend on the severity of the dmg, you might be able to repair it without welding.
