Does anyone know of any special tricks / methods for removing the heat shield and header from an R18? As you can geus, the nuts are rusted and won't budge. When I attempted to get them of after using WD40, I strongly felt like I was going to strip the bolt heads.

I've read DIYs for header/downpipe installs and they all just say soak them with penatrator or wd40 but i was wondering if anyone could elaborate or knew of any special tricks.
