Never seen a cylinder head look literally so "polished" lol nice. How did that come about?

Be careful when polishing ports like that, especially intake ports. When it's super smooth like that the fuel will tend to "stick" to the smooth surface and cause puddling. Look at what all the top P&P guys do and you will see the always leave a some what rough surface on the intake runners.
