So im pulling the plug wires out of my car and the coil of one of them tears off and is like attached to the spark plug. Ive tried pulling it off with pliers, no luck, tried using a flat head to pull it up, no luck. Any suggestions? Its just the plastic bottom part thats stuck, the wire came out when i went to pull it out. Thanks in advance

Sounds like the issue I had on my CRV.
If it does look like this, just get HUGE long-nose / needle-nose pliers. It's the only way I got them out.

 

You can take a piece of stiff wire and bend a hook in the end to wiggle down along the sides and hook the rubber at the bottom and pull it out from the bottom. I have a broken PTO cable end that I've made into a tool just for this purpose, it works like a champ.

 

This is reason dielectric grease should be used.
