B18C1 Machine Shop Specs
Hey Everyone,
I was hoping someone would have the information I am looking for, or at least know of somewhere I can get it.
Long story short, I need to have the block of B18C1 GSR motor resurfaced, (it appears someone dropped something on the block while I was working on it at school) I sent it over to our machine shop and they don't have any specific information for it.
I have called a Honda and Acura dealer here in Canada and the best they can give me is that the serviceable limit for cylinder block warpage is 0.003".
I am looking for specific deck height info, as to how much can be taken off the surface of the block...
Any help would be awesome!
Thanks!

You have heard of google, right? Not trying to be an *** but I have seen that info many time during various searches. I just typed in b18c1 block deck height and a good bit popped up. This link was second one down...

Yes I know what google is, and yes I used it. I dont see anywhere in that link that tells me how much can be taken off the block when being machined, or a minimum deck height.
If I would have found it on google I wouldnt have posted here asking for help.
Thanks tho.
