Default valve spring recommendation

sup! need help with my b20, its stock except for the edelbrock manifold and 4-2-1 header, stock tb stock injectors everything else is stock and im wanting to rev up to 8200~ with it, the question is, do i need dual valve spring or single? how much pressure?

Stock LS/B20 springs are stupid light (light enough to be installed by hand) and need to be replaced with mildly stiffer units.

But I'd stay away from heavy dual springs, because high rocker ratio (1.75) puts a lot of pressure on the lobe.

u know that b20 stops making power at around 6000 rpm with everything stock why do you want to rev that high? you gain nothing by doing that.

even with boltons on my jdm b20 I can feel power fall on its face right around 6500 rpm I shift just before 7000

No point in over stressing the motor for no benefit.

how could i rise the power to 7500 or more? stage2 cams? hi-comp pistons?

the ecu is still untuned :S
