Can anyone help me out?
My integra wont start, it shows code 16 on my ecu. I have a b18b. It stays on for a while when we start it with starting fluid. the main relay is fine. and i have a brand new fuel filter. but it seems as the ecu isnt sending for the injectors to ground for them to flicker on and off. could the distributor affect this?

 

The Main Relay is likely NOT "fine". But... the exact behavior of the Check Engine light is going to be a big clue as to the source of the problem.
