Default 2007 Civic Si

I am hoping someone can help me! I currently owned a Fiji Blue Civic Si 2007 COUPE with 109k miles. Its probably above Mint Condition..(Minor Scuff marks in the rear bumper) I recently acquired it and did a tune up- Need less to say the Rev hang is more noticeable and the TB gives me some idle issues..
I'm at a cross roads if I should try to either private sell my car and buy a used 2009-2011 SEDAN Civic Si.. Why? Well lets issues. Less Rev Hang, No Tranny Problems and 4 door is just better for me! What do you guys think? What do you think I can get for mine and how much would I be putting out for a newer one.

Notes: My current has a 60mm Skunk2 Exhaust but I also got the Original exhaust so I could either change it or include it for whoever wants to buy it.
