Default 2003 ex misfire

I have a 2003 civic ex with a d17a2 thats misfiring. it first started out with misfire codes for all four cylinders. bought all new coils and plugs. now getting misfire codes on cylinder 2 and 3. also its only misfiring at idle and a little above, once past 2k rpms everything smooths out a becomes fine. if anyone has had the same problem and knows a resolution please let me know. thanks

Check the Crank Position Sensor, the Cam Position sensor, swap the coils from 1 and 4 to 2 and 3, see what happens. Check the electrical connections of the coils.
