More Idle issues
Engine: Mini-swap D16y7 with y8 head. B series TB because other one was cracked. Spectre cold air intake, just did a tune up using only Honda Ignition parts.
Description of problem: When the engine is cold and started it fires right up then immediately idles very low and hunts around 300-800 rpm, also if you immediately start driving it before it warms up it will ever so slightly sputter in acceleration. Once it has reached running temperature it will idle fine but everynow and then the idle will drop from where it usually is to about 200-300rpm lower.
Very confused, already checked for vaccum leaks there arent any from what I can tell and my air filter itself does have a small hole in it.
Please help.

Okay so update to problem. I have had suspicion that my wiring harness on my car is crap. (guy who had it before me stupid) So I started the car up and began to giggle my wiring around a little bit and low n behold the car shut off. What would be the best way to figure out what exactly is happening??
