Default EIPT on fuel rail?

Is EIP Tuning the maker of 5th gen civic fuel rails or is mine aftermarket? I have a eipt sticker with a barcode on my fuel rail. I also have numbers written in white marker written on the front of my block, not sure what that means either

Any time I've seen white or yellow marker on parts its usually a tag from a salvage yard.

My car was tranny swapped to a stick, so maybe the guy got a new engine? I cant contact the last two owners because the law protects their privacy. Also, do our cars come stock with power steering fluid coolers?

No, they do not. There's no reason for them to. Absolutely zero reason.

Where my AC unit used to be there is a pipe that is u shaped, mounted sideways. I always thought it was part of the AC that the last guy didnt rip out. But i followed the hoses connected to it and they attach to the steerinh rack! I carefully traced the lines again just to be sure, and i was right. Besides, the leftover AC hoses are capped off by the airbox. Weird huh? And what about those numbers written on the block? Is there something about my car i need to be aware of?
