94 honda civic with d16y7 botton d16y8 head and tranny P28 ECU
won't start, can push start, battery ok and replaced the starter

Had to rudely awake my project car out of it's slumber due to an accident and after driving through a puddle the car won't turn over or even crank, just hear a click and thats it, drove through puddle on way home pulled in 10minutes later it starts right up then after getting grocery i came out and car wouldn't start at all sooo guessing its electrical, checked all fuses and everything good though, do have a check engine light but its been there forever soo guessing unrelated.

*****Actually nevermind it was the damn safety switch plunger thing broke
