Default various vibration

with in the last 3 weeks I have been getting a serious vibration that comes and goes on the passenger front after driving down the freeway. after talking to some folks I have rotated my tires and changed my outer tie rod ends, had the bearings checked all good and still no change. this happens at various times and when it does my steering wheel shakes and if I hit my brakes its really bad. rotors are in good condition, lugs are all torqued down and ive checked to make sure the rest of the suspension parts are tight. I could use some help if anybody has some info.

if it gets really bad when you hit the brakes, it certainly is the front rotors being warped. they are not in good condition, however they may appear as such.

have them machined or replace them, problem solved.

Rotors are in good condition I get no vibration when braking when it's acting right, only when it starts acting up is when this happens

an intermittent vibration is very odd. i'm too new to hondas to tell how the axles fail... could be a possibility?

It could be your tires or even alignment issues.

Axles maybe? I've read a lot of complaints about remanufactured axles causing vibrations at freeway speeds. Some have settled on Napa axles, I have also, and they seem to be a step up from the cheap parts house rebuilds.

Poor alignment can not cause a vibration.
