Not really sure where this would go. So I'll just post here since the car I work on is a civic. Looking into buying a slim fan and a aluminum radiator shroud that comes in a package deal from these guys. Have tried to contact them twice though and have gotten no answer. Was wondering if anyone has bought anything from them recently. Thanks for the feedback

Theres plenty of other option out there..

Just any slim fan wont work. Alot are chinese ebay fans which dont pull enough cfm to cool the engine. A few brand names out there buy them cheap, put there decal on it and then charge 60+ for it.

After going thru this myself, I decided to buy a real fan.

Maradyne 13" Slim Fan

Theres rads out there for cheap if you look. I would advise against ebay cheapies and get something with a warranty.

This^ is a huge red flag that tells you to look elsewhere.

I liked the setup that they had because the fan was not only plug and play with the honda factory harness but was mounted on a aluminum radiator shroud as well. So it wasn't going to look like it was hacked up. Mishimoto has a similar setup, but you have to cut and splice the factory plug to the slim fan. Which isn't a big deal though. Everyone mounts the fans directly to radiator, which is stupid because it's not as efficent as having a shroud as well, not to mention it looks horrible with those special zip ties. I also already have a Mishimoto dual core radiator in there as well. Needed to get a slim fan so I can fit the RMF header in my engine bay. Lol.

I totally agree. That's the reason I made the post. To see if anyone had ever dealt with them. Thanks for the help though. The both of you. I'll probably end up going with the mishimoto slim fan and aluminum shroud they make, since I have had good luck with my radiator. Thanks again.

i tried their shroud and fan combo and returned it. ITS GARBAGE!

But do what you want to do. Dont listen to someone who actually used Mishimotos garbage. (their rads are cheap as well, but they work.) But invest in a real fan.

If you want a shroud with a real fan, look to a SPAL

Why change the fan at all since ours already come with an e-fan in the first place?

Never run a turbo eh?

If you run a turbo there usually isn't enough clearance to keep the stock fan. Sometimes guys will even run a slim fan in front of the rad to get extra clearance.
