Like the title says, the stearing wheel shakes left and right without stopping and this is while car is idle in neutral. He had taken the car apart and as a favor I put it all back together. It was a new rack but he opened it because he could not get it to fit. Simple fix, I got it together but any fluids it came with must of all come out. Once the car was started we poured
steering fluid into the resovoir and it sucked it right up and filled it up some more. It still shakes violently. Any pointers would be appreciated. Its been years since I touched a Honda.
