Default distributor holes wont line up correctly

i just bought a new dizzy from orilleys and i put it on my b16 and the holes line up but it is maxed out to one side and cant adjust becasue it wants to spin the wrong way any ideas as to what i can do any info will help thank you

Are you sure you gave them the correct year make and model of the vehicle that the engine was originally from?

Sounds like they gave you a non-VTEC dizzy for a VTEC engine.

All the vtec b series dizzy's have to line up in your b16 head, no matter the year. They have different plugs but line up. Probably you have a non-vtec dizzy.

Parts remanufacturers do this a lot. Just wait until you need brake parts, clutch parts, and hydraulics parts!
