Default 98 acura cl H22 and auto to manual project help

I got a 98 Acura cl off a trade to realize that it had a shot shot transmission. It is an auto and 2.3 .. I have been asking around to replace it. They are charging me $800 dollars for the repair. But I found a 95 honda accord with a h22 motor on it and manual transmission on craigslist.. I sspokewith the guy and I got him to sell it to me for 1100 ..

My question is if I can just straight swap engines ? Since I have been told that CLs are basically the same as accords and also I figured thay he has basically purchased ecu engine tranny and all.. or will it be more of a waste .. ? Please I need help I plan on purchasing the car tomorrow to start this project

'98 CL is based on the '94-'97 Accord coupe and uses the drivetrain from the '98(F23) Accord.

Would seem like the easiest thing to do would be to swap drivetrains completely. The only thing I do not know is if the CLs ECU has other subsystems integrated.
