Is this wheel suitable for my EM1 ?
Hi guys,
Finally i have choosen the below wheels 16*7 for my em1 paired with 205/45 tires.
I am worried about its offest +35
I am lowered about 1.5 inches.
Any body got the same set up? Will it rub?
I dont want to get them and then be in troubles!

Those will fit just fine, you might have to roll your fenders a little bit but other then that you'll have no fitment problems. I had 16x7 +20 with 205/45's on my Integra and they fit after I rolled my fenders
So in genral they will rub ! and i will have to roll my fenders?
Well this is the main probem that im worried about :s
BTW did you realize any change in the car handling ? is it true that a low offset negatively effect handling?

With a +35 you probably won't rub. If for some reason you have to roll your fenders it is not hard to do at all. A little patience and time it will come out fine.
I did not notice any difference in how the car handled. I think you would only notice a change in handling if you are going with crazy low offsets

hi again.. just one more question which I could find a clear answer on google.
what does the Z stand for on a tire.. for example:
205/45 R16 and 205/45 ZR16 ?
Is it true that the ZR has a stronger sidewall?

Here's a nice layout of what the tire ratings mean: http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tirete....jsp?techid=35
(The portion on Z-rating is closer to the bottom.)
