Default Do I need valve clearance adjustment?

First of all, the more correct title would be "Would it be okay to drive for couple of days without valve clearance adjustment?"

Trying to change head gasket.
The possibility of noise and other small problems.

I don't have the tool right now. I would have to order online. Takes about 3 days.
But I plan to drive the car five hours after the gasket change, probably tomorrow or the next day of tomorrow. So, I was guessing if it was okay to drive it a few days without the adjustment.

Is the clearance usually tight or loose after head bolts were loosened? It's because if they are tight, I heard the cam could be worn down fast.

Also, could you tell me what kinda of parts are there in that set?
Trying to buy OEM head gasket, and buy rest of them Fel pro since I'm on a tight budget.

Currently what I have knowledge of are Head gasket, Exhaust & intake gasket, Timing belt drive pulley O-ring, and valve cover gasket set.
Thanks in advance.

After taking off the head its always best to torque and ADJUST everything back to its specs. I mean if you're going to change out a head gasket and take off the cams, timing belt,etc.. adjusting the valve lashes will not take much longer when everything is put back together. 45 minutes tops if its your first time doing it. Look up a d.i.y on here.

Too tight will burn a valve.
