My car:93 eg8... My overflow tank is cracked and leaking... i want to buy a new overflow tank to replace... EK overflow tanks seem cheaper and more readily available than the eg ones... Part numbers are different, but the only difference i see is the designation of the engine code
EG:19101-P2A-000
EK:19101-P08-000

Anyone know if an ek one will fit eg?

Yes it will fit. And yes you can use a beer/coke glass bottle as an overflow with a t-bolt clamp.
