You're going to have to excuse my ignorance. However, i find myself confused here and there.

I recently purchased a 1993 Civic hatch that was GSR swapped. (picked it up cheap and i have been looking for a project). Never had a engine swapped car and this is where my ignorance comes from.

There's a lot i would like to improve on this car since (from what i can tell without tearing the engine apart) its all stock and several parts are worn out and need replaced. One such item is the shift linkage.

Would i get the Linkage for the Honda or for the Integra?

I doubt it needs replacing. You probably need to replace the shifter bushings instead.
