Skunk2 sport shocks w skunk2 lowering springs INFO
Looking for people who have this setup or know anything about this particular shock. I want to drop the car but not have it too low to the point where i have to roll any fenders or anything, just have the car sit nice and low. Will the skunk2 sport shocks and lowering spring setup drop the car down on the tire? If you drop it as low as it goes without damaging the shock how much space are you left over with? All the parts on my 88 Crx are stock, so what else might i need if im going to put these on? This is my first car build, hence the name
, so any info and help would be appreciated.

I have the skunk2 sport shocks and ebay slip on coilovers that work well. I did have to roll the fenders because my tires are a bit large. However its not slammed and they feel pretty good. If going for a sport style I don't think you will have an issue. As far as the spring not sure but they are typically given a expected measurement.
I would probably go with the slip on coilovers from skunk instead. That way it is adjustable how you like it.

I have skunk2 shocks and springs. They're ok. Lots of nose dive. Your car is an 88, make sure to get shocks specific to the 88. They have a different lower control arm vs the 89-91.
They give you a good ride height. On stock wheels you shouldn't have to roll the fenders.
