Default 95 Accord swap f20b problem with wire harness

Okay, guys my brother just bought a 95 accord with a f20b and I notices that some of the wires are not connect it. I'm not sure if it need to be connect it or not needed. I'm not sure what kind of harness that is, It could be the 95 accord harness that I'm not sure of. Any kind of help would be appreciate.

These are the things that are not connected: water temp switch, EGR, intake air, and theirs this switch under the oil filter that is not plug. I'm not sure if that's the knock senior or what's that is but it is not connected as well and is there anyway I can pin point which harness goes where?

Thanks guys for taking the time to read this,

It all depends on what ECU he's running. If its a P28 chipped or whatever, he can bypass the EGR, IABs, and Knock sensor and wouldn't need to hook them up.
