Seat Belt Retractor / SRS Light

Seat Belt Retractor / SRS Light
2006 Accord Coupe (4cyl)
I purchased the car with minor collision damage (no air bags deployed) and have repaired everything but these two items.
<(<(<(FYI: Honda will not warranty the retractor, because the car was involved in a collision.)>)>)>
This is a controlled part (must provide VIN #), so I plan on purchasing a used retractor assembly.
*Because I can't locate the color I need (charcoal), I'll have to swap my belt over. So...
1. Anyone know how to swap the seat belt over without discharging the tensioner?
2. Anyone know how to reset the SRS light and/or crash data?
Any info would be greatly appreciated.

If there is crash data stored in SRS unit it must be replaced. You can try removing both battery terminals and touching together for about 5-10 minutes. But I don't think that will help.
