weeks lol, brand new everything. i cant think of a component that would cause a misfire since ive done the major components. ill check for a fouled plug, anything else?
Bad plug or bad fuel injector.
You said, "brand new everything", does that also mean spark plug leads?
Also, what kind of new parts, OEM Honda, good after market or cheap aftermarket, DOA parts is not uncommon, even OEM parts.
Just a FYI, the PGM-FI Main Relay is repairable 99% of the time, so do not toss the old one, repair it and keep it as a spare...

plugs, leads, ngk for brand. main relay is just hangin out in the garage. i guess ill fill the tank with stp injector cleaner and see if that frees up any debris. i hope this isnt electrical haha
A little more of a reach, but i had a very similar problem... with the throttle response and loss of power... mine was running hella rich. I had a bad Coolant Temp Switch. These run a number of different components. Also check ICM connections in the distributor. I had to clean the four wire connections to the ICM and re-lube with some dielectric grease. Good Luck!
