Default b18b1 starting issue

only happens under standard operating temp.imagine driving to the store for a 6-pack. takes a few min to get in and get out of the store. car is still warm, started fine, drove my *** up there just fine, but is now giving me trouble trying to restart. let the car cool down, starts fine.

what components change under temp? idles fine

Plug wire probably went bad or ur spark plug is bad, or need new distributor cap... Basically a tune up. How long has been since u did tune up?

Bad plug or bad fuel injector.

You said, "brand new everything", does that also mean spark plug leads?

Also, what kind of new parts, OEM Honda, good after market or cheap aftermarket, DOA parts is not uncommon, even OEM parts.

Just a FYI, the PGM-FI Main Relay is repairable 99% of the time, so do not toss the old one, repair it and keep it as a spare...

A little more of a reach, but i had a very similar problem... with the throttle response and loss of power... mine was running hella rich. I had a bad Coolant Temp Switch. These run a number of different components. Also check ICM connections in the distributor. I had to clean the four wire connections to the ICM and re-lube with some dielectric grease. Good Luck!
