Icon2 1997 Honda Accord SE F22B2 Build or swap?

I'm a new user here, and I'm sure that these questions have been asked a lot, but I have an F22b2 automation 97 accord and was wondering if it would be better to swap the engine for a G series or an H22 engine, or if I should just build up the F22B2 engine. I would like to keep it automatic, but will do what I have too.

Yes they do. Check the FAQ for builds/ideas.

What are your intentions with the car?
Just want more power for a daily driver? Turbo is pretty easy and popular add-on.
Going to the track, and need reliability/repeatability? F22 is stout enough and can take some serious abuse.
Going to the track and need some reliability/repeatability with more power? H22 will give you ~50+HP over the F22 without trouble.

Keep it cool and clean.
Additional stacked plate type cooler dedicate for the transmission will keep the fluid cool. But you would be best to also have a trans temp gauge to monitor fluid levels. Getting up to 175°F will begin to break down the ATF.

To add to what Mike said, tuning an automatic can be fairly strenuous and very expensive.

If you want to keep it automatic, I'd suggest a simple h22 swap with an auto h22 transmission. Basically a prelude with back seats you can actually use!

You can get an f22b dohc they are a bit cheaper and have 160 plus lbs of torque would feel good in that auto; my f20b revs too much like a b16 and didn't feel right in my accord. H23 felt great in my friends 93 lude and H22 H23 vtech would be the most expensive and most power I Don care what anybody says they are just as reliable as there steel sleeved counterparts. We had a customer that had 364k miles on his before his compression dropped to low.
