if it is not obvious enough. im asking what is the widest wheel made by HONDA with a 4x114.3 bolt pattern?

 

Pretty sure all the 15" wheels on 90-93;04-97 Accords, 92-96 Preludes were all the same width. '97-'99 CLs had 16" wheels but I still think they were the same width as the 15"s.

 

Why would you want a wide wheels? For dat stance lyfe?

 

Maybe for more grip?

tha class rules state wheels must be stock but do not say they must be from the matching year or model just from the same company.

 

Oh, I didn't even see that it was you. In certain cases a wider wheel base can actually decrease traction, but in your case you should be fine. I'll be running a fairly wide/thick tire on my Accord when I get to that part of my build.

 

didnt really answer the wheel question but thanks for recomending a wider tire. if the widest i find is 6 inches then the widest i can go is 205 yes or no

 

Depends on the Sidewall and/or Tire Design.
You may be able to shove a 225 on there.
Of course it'll be bulging but they will be on there.
I believe Miata guys do it all the time in Stock Class Auto-X.
Says no limit to tire size but must use stock wheels.

 

Yeop, think 205/55 was for the Prelude and a slightly taller 205/60 for the V6 Accord.
Can you use Acura wheels? The 16" CL wheels would reduce sidewall for better response.

99% sure the widest Honda 4x114.3 wheel came on the Prelude SE's(92-96) and were 15x6.5. Lots of Nissan wheels are 16x7 and 15x7, though. 7" wide is plenty for the street and the available tires that will fit properly in the Accord wheel wells.

 

'97-'99 CLs used the 16" wheel and 114.3mm x 4 BP. Although I do not know if this was standard or an option.

 

have you ever thought about a 5 lug conversion? on the accords its actually very easy. if they allow wheels from any year as long as its oem honda, id imagine brakes are the same story and hubs aswell.
